हिंदी में पढ़ें – कश्मीरी साग

Ingredients:

  • 10 Kashmiri whole chillies
  • 25 whole garlic
  • 7 tbsp musturd oil
  • 3 brown cardamom
  • 250 gms whole spinach
  • salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a pressure cooker add the mustard oil, brown cardamom, Kashmiri red chillies, whole garlic and let it cook for few seconds then add whole spinach (Saag), little salt and water.
  2. Put all of the above in a pressure cooker and let the spinach cook till 1 whistle.

Serve the Kashmiri Saag steaming hot.
