- 1-1/2 cup Yogurt (Curd)
- 1 cup Chilled water
- Sugar, as required
- Butter (unsalted), as required
- 1 teaspoon Rose water
- Ice cubes, as required
- To begin with Rose Lassi, add curd, rose syrup, sugar, salt and water in a mixing bowl and whisk it with an electronic blender or a traditional lassi hand blender till it is smooth.
- Check sugar and add more if required.
- Add lots of ice cubes in the serving glass and pour in the lassi and serve chilled.
You can garnish the lassi with some fresh rose petals or chopped nuts.
