Gulkand Milkshake

हिंदी में पढ़ें – गुलकंद मिल्कशेक

Ingredients:

  • Gulkand – 2 tbsps, (rose petal jam)
  • Milk – 500 ml, boiled and chilled
  • Rose syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Ice cream – 1 scoop (optional)

Method:

  1. Using a hand blender or mixie, blend chilled milk, rose syrup and gulkand till smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into glasses, add ice cubes and serve.

Suggestions:

You can add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream for a richer flavor.
You can add a tbsp of soaked sabja seeds (sweet basil seeds).
